I’m a user researcher & product strategist helping organizations make smarter business decisions and build products people love.
I’ve led research across startups, in-house teams, and agency environments, shaping and driving business strategy. I lead cross-functional teams in asking the right questions, making sense of ambiguity, and applying insights to ensure we’re building user-centered products. Endlessly curious, I help teams deeply question the status quo, foster a culture of data-driven decision making, and uncover insights they didn’t know they needed.
I got my start in the world of public health. After earning my Master’s in Epidemiology from Columbia University, I pivoted to design research while working at Penn Medicine’s Center for Healthcare Innovation. I was inspired by how research in a real-world setting led to meaningful results and truly improved lives.

MY RESEARCH Principles
RIGOROUS BUT FLEXIBLE
I set high standards for study design and methodology, but stay flexible to adapt to changing project and business goals.
DATA-DRIVEN STORYTELLING
I weave my insights into a narrative that makes them memorable, useful, and easy-to-understand. Research that sits in a written report is wasted time and money.
MIXED METHODS APPROACH
I use both qualitative and quantitative methods to answer the research questions at hand, develop the most powerful narrative, and support prioritization.
